No. Get A Grip is a coaching program, not therapy or mental health treatment, and I'm not a licensed therapist. This work pairs beautifully with therapy if you're already in it, but it doesn't replace it. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.
You probably do. Loving someone doesn't automatically make them the right person for you. Get A Grip isn't about convincing you to hate him or pretend you never cared. It's about helping you stop abandoning yourself in the name of love. The goal isn't to stop loving him, it's to finally love yourself enough that you stop accepting less than you deserve.
